How to order
- Call your order in by the local or toll free number, Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM CT.
- Fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
- E-mail your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Payment
- Credit cards accepted at time of order are Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card.
- Company Check accepted.
- No C.O.D. (cash on delivery) unless prior arrangements have been made.

Delivery
- Federal Express (FedEx)

- Some merchandise shipped will require a signature upon receipt.
- In-stock merchandise is usually shipped within 2 days, excluding weekends and holidays. There can be shipping delays due to increased order volume at peek times, such as but not limited to Valentine's, Mother's Day and Christmas.
Return Policy
- Call first for a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Return merchandise must be within 30 days from delivery.
- Defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days.
- All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
- Any merchandise used, worn, or not in the same condition as shipped cannot be returned.
- Special orders or custom merchandise are non-returnable.
- Coin jewelry is non-returnable due to market fluctuation in metal prices.
Claimes for Damaged or Lost Shipments
- 24k Distributing is not responsible for claims on products that are damaged or lost during shipment once they leave our dock. All products shipped will be insured for their purchase value stated on your invoice. Any and all claims will be the responsibility of the retailer to initiate. Notify 24k Distributing of any product damaged or lost during shipment immediately. A delay in notifying 24k Distributing could jeopardize settlement of the claim through the carrier. Upon request, 24k Distributing will send the retailer any documentation available that may help facilitate processing the claim.
